“Redemption is the foundation upon which Christianity stands.”

? What is Redemption?

Redemption is Christ’s sacrificial act of purchasing and ransoming us with His life, securing our deliverance from the bondage and condemnation of sin.

He redeemed us at the price of His blood.

He paid the debt He did not owe; we owed the debt we couldn’t pay.

Our justification is based on the redemption Christ provided.

? Key Benefits of Redemption

Justification (Romans 5:1): Justification is a transaction received by faith. It is one of the core blessings of redemption.

Divine Ownership (1 Corinthians 6:20): We are bought with a price.

God is committed to protecting what He owns — you are His through redemption.

Forgiveness of Sins (Ephesians 1:7–8): Redemption results in total forgiveness — your sins are wiped away completely.

Adoption as Sons (Galatians 4:4–5): Adoption through redemption is a once-for-all, successful transaction.

Presence of the Holy Spirit (Romans 8:9; Galatians 4:6–7): The Holy Spirit resides in us because of redemption. What is true of you in the Spirit is what heaven recognizes.

? Is There an Expiry Date to Redemption?

Hebrews 9:12 – "Your redemption is eternal."

Redemption is forever.

It makes you extraordinary.

It places you on a level even angels admire.
